Position Summary: The Product Manager will engage with business stakeholders to define use cases, gather requirements, and align business priorities in support of adopting natural language analytics capabilities. This role focuses on facilitating stakeholder workshops, identifying relevant datasets and KPIs, and coordinating business validation and pilot activities. The lead will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
