Paid Social Specialist

Position Summary:

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization, is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to support the execution and optimization of large-scale, performance-driven digital advertising campaigns. This individual will focus on driving customer acquisition, conversions, and campaign efficiency through data-driven paid media strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with demand-side platforms (DSPs), direct-response marketing, and campaign performance analysis.

What Type of Experience Does the Right Candidate Have?

• 2 years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Amazon Ads, DV360, Yahoo DSP, Google Ads, or CM360/Campaign Manager.
• Strong understanding of direct-response marketing, customer acquisition, and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Experience implementing, managing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Nice to Have: Experience in entertainment, streaming, subscription-based businesses, or Airtable.

What Are the Responsibilities of the Right Candidate?

• Support the implementation and execution of paid media strategies focused on customer acquisition, conversions, and efficiency.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across DSPs and digital advertising platforms.
• Coordinate campaign setup, implementation, quality assurance, and launches to ensure accurate execution.
• Monitor campaign performance against key KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze campaign data and utilize Excel to maintain reporting, tracking, and performance insights.
• Support budget optimization across advertising platforms and tactics to maximize return on marketing spend.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agency partners, and vendors to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Research, develop, and test new audience segments, creative strategies, and landing page experiences.
• Troubleshoot campaign issues, track implementation progress, and ensure advertisements launch correctly.
• Contribute to ongoing campaign testing, optimization, and strategic planning initiatives.
