Supervisor, Oracle HCM
Optomi, in partnership with a nationally recognized Fortune 500 energy and infrastructure leader, is seeking a Supervisor, Oracle HCM to support and lead critical HR systems initiatives across Oracle HCM platforms. This is a highly specialized, hands-on leadership role focused on Oracle HCM functional support, payroll operations, time and absence management, and stakeholder collaboration. This is not a pure management role. The right candidate will be heavily involved in day-to-day functional work while overseeing a small team and partnering closely with senior business stakeholders supporting enterprise-scale HR operations.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 4x/week onsite)
Type: Full-Time Direct Hire

What You’ll Do
• Support Oracle HCM modules including Compensation, Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Absence Management
• Lead and supervise a team of 2 analysts while remaining hands-on in system support and enhancement efforts
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, support testing efforts, and implement system changes
• Support payroll operations and time/absence management processes
• Utilize SQL for reporting, troubleshooting, validation, and data analysis
• Oversee incidents, quarterly planning, and team deliverables
• Escalate issues appropriately while driving solutions independently

• Strong experience with Oracle HCM modules, specifically Compensation, Health & Welfare, Retirement, and Absence Management
• Experience supporting payroll and time/absence management functions
• Strong SQL and data querying skills
