Lead Technical Program Manager/Scrum Master
Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment and technology organization, is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager – AI Platform Delivery to support the delivery of a highly visible enterprise AI platform that enables secure, scalable, and responsible AI adoption across the organization.
This role is best suited for a strong enterprise Scrum Master with deep Technical Program Management experience. Acting as the operational backbone of the platform organization, you'll facilitate Agile execution across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Governance while ensuring priorities remain aligned, dependencies are managed, and delivery stays on track.
Type: 22 Month Contract (W2 ONLY)
Location: Hybrid in Orlando, FL (4x onsite per week)
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management, or Delivery Management experience
- Extensive Scrum Master or Agile leadership experience within enterprise software organizations
- Experience supporting multiple cross-functional Engineering teams
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Proven success managing complex enterprise technical programs with multiple dependencies
- Experience working across Product and Engineering organizations
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience creating executive-level reporting and delivery communications
- Strong facilitation, organization, and prioritization abilities
- Interest in modern Generative AI technologies and AI-powered ways of working
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise AI or cloud platform initiatives
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and Generative AI ecosystems
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), or Agentic AI concepts
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or Airtable AI
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Airtable, Miro, Lucidchart, and Power BI
- Experience with API integrations or enterprise platform delivery
- PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe certifications
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead Scrum Master supporting multiple Engineering squads and a Product organization
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coordinate delivery across Product, Engineering, AI Operations, and Governance teams
- Drive program execution by managing timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional initiatives
- Provide executive-level reporting, delivery dashboards, and status communications
- Improve Agile processes, operating rhythms, and organizational efficiency
- Help leadership balance priorities, team capacity, and platform investments
- Partner with technical teams to understand delivery risks and implementation dependencies
- Utilize AI tools to automate reporting, improve documentation, streamline communications, and enhance delivery operations
- Foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the organization
