Optomi, in partnership with a leading energy provider, is seeking a highly skilled IT Business Analyst for a 100% remote opportunity! In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Maximo team and providing daily support for Maximo users, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with testing system corrections. The ideal candidate will have experience in Maximo software support, ticketing systems, and GIS installations. You will work closely with the EAM Business Support team and play a key role in resolving user issues, ensuring system integrity, and collaborating with other teams to identify and implement improvements!

Experience of the Right Candidate:
- 2-4 years of experience in Maximo user/software support.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Remedy is a plus).
- Knowledge of GIS installations and systems (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to determine if issues are training, data, or system-related.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
- Provide daily support for Maximo users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to training, data, or systems.
- Assist with system corrections, lifecycle validation testing, and ensuring no adverse effects from system changes.
- Identify enhancements, capture design details, and suggest improvements based on user feedback and system analysis.
- Collaborate with other members of the EAM Business Support team to resolve user issues and support system-wide improvements.
- Provide on-call support approximately twice a year, as part of a week-long rotation.
- Support the EAM Portfolio during periods of high activity and assist with other areas as needed.
