Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at our St. Paul, Minneapolis facility. This in-person role will be responsible for overseeing contract manufacturing partnerships across our Electronics and Metal Printing business units. The successful candidate will also lead internal software projects, interface with third-party service providers, and manage project workflow to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and coordinate contract manufacturing projects across electronics and metal printing operations.
· Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance.
· Lead software project initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
· Interface with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure project scope, deliverables, and milestones are met.
· Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques; report and escalate issues as needed.
· Drive process improvements and standardization across project workflows.
· Ensure compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards.
· Work with Optomec outsourcing manufacturing partners to liaison project timeline against deliverable company goals.

Requirements
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing and technology environments.
· Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes; additive manufacturing experience is a plus.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency with project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent).
· PMI certification is a plus.
