Overnight and/or Daytime Caregiver

Project Caring is a fully licensed assisted living facility which operates in a 10 bedroom house in a Experienced CNA / Caregiver – Part-Time Overnights and Days

$21-23/hour | PTO Available | Small 10-Bed Assisted Living Home

Project Caring is a fully licensed assisted living facility located in a residential neighborhood in West Lakeland Township, just outside of Stillwater.

We are a small, 10-bedroom assisted living home with a more personal environment than a traditional large facility. We generally staff two caregivers during the day (7:00 AM–8:00 PM) and one caregiver overnight.

We are currently looking for an experienced CNA or caregiver for part-time overnight shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Toileting and personal cares
• Bathing
• Transfers
• Medication administration
• Meal preparation and cooking
• Light housekeeping
• Resident safety and overnight support

We do not perform two-person transfers, but applicants must be able to safely lift up to 40 pounds.

Requirements:

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required
• Must complete all required training prior to working independently, including Educare requirements
• At least two on-shift training days are required
• Recent training transcripts may be accepted for qualifying courses completed within the past year
• TB/Mantoux screening required; our nurse can provide this, or we can accept a qualifying test completed within the past six months
• Must successfully complete a background study as required by Minnesota law

Compensation:

$21-23.00 per hour starting, based on experience

Part-time position with PTO available.

We are looking for someone dependable, experienced, compassionate, and comfortable working independently overnight in a small assisted living setting.uiet neighborhood in West Lakeland Township (outside of Stillwater). We generally have two care staff on during the day (7a-8p) and one during the overnight.

This job requires cooking and housekeeping in addition to cares like, ADL's, transfers, bathing, toileting, personal cares, medication administration and more.

- All training must be completed prior to working, including Educare requirements and at least 2 days of on-shift training. We can use your recent transcripts for courses you have completed within the past year.

- Your Mantoux can be issued by our Nurse, or we can use yours if you have one from the past 6 months.

- We do not perform 2 person transfers, however you must be able to lift 40 pounds.

- Background check required per state law
