As Talent Lead for the CTO Office, you’ll partner closely with the CTO and tech leadership to shape how we attract, grow, and retain top engineering talent. You’ll work at the intersection of people, data, and strategy – helping to ensure our technology organization scales with the right capabilities for the future.

Below is the expected base salary for this position. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (if determined by Optiver) and Optiver’s benefits package with the benefits listed above.
Base Salary Range
$200,000—$375,000 USD
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic partner to the CTO and senior tech leads on all talent matters – from workforce planning to leadership development and mobility.
- Develop dashboards and metrics that generate meaningful insight across the talent lifecycle.
- Design and coordinate the implementation of strategic talent interventions.
- Partner with brand, marketing and comms specialists to craft clear internal and external messaging
- Serve as a bridge between technology leadership and HR leadership, ensuring alignment across priorities

- Experience that helps
- Talent management, technology, trading or management consulting backgrounds
- 7 years of experience in a fast-moving, high-performance environment, e.g., Tier 1 consulting, Tier 1 investment banking (Goldman, JPM), leading tech firms or top specialist talent firms
