Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Payment Processing Specialist. The Payment Processing Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Daily tasks include reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, maintaining financial records, and responding to payment-related inquiries from clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in payment processing, account reconciliation, and financial record-keeping
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with financial software and general ledger systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the digital marketing or media buying industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
