What are the responsibilities and job description for the Awake Overnights Caregiver - Downtown Madison position at Options In Community Living Inc.?
Downtown Madison Caregiver for 1 Woman - $17.75/hour
Sunday - Wednesday 9pm to 7am - 40 hrs/week
What you'll help with:
- Provide full personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with transitions and daily routines, using gentle guidance and support
- Implement safety protocols to ensure the individual's well-being
- Assist with mealtime
- Encourage communication and help the individual express their self
- Develop a trusting relationship, honoring the individual's autonomy
