Full-Time: Monday - Friday 3pm -10pm

Job Duties:
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities.
- Offer guidance and support with bathroom routines, while respecting their independence where possible
- Develop and maintain a daily routine that caters to the individual's love of structure and activity
- Engage in fun and stimulating activities, including video games, and swimming
- Provide 24/7 support, ensuring the individual's safety and well-being at all times, while also respecting their need for alone time
- Communicate effectively and patiently, as the individual may not always express pain or discomfort verbally
