Pay Range:
$29.71 - $35.43 - Hourly – Depending on ExperienceJob is:
The primary goal of this position is to ensure that students receive quality instruction, make academic progress, and reach their academic goals.
Our ideal candidate will:
Prepares focused interventions for students’ academic success.
Instruct students in multiple subjects, using various teaching methods, audiovisual aids, and other materials.
Prepares an outline for the course of study, following the curriculum guidelines or requirements of the state and school.
Collaborates with teacher(s) to seek alternative interventions to motivate and prevent students from dropping out.
Counsels students in adjustment and academic problems.
Collaborates with parents, students, and teachers to improve attendance.
Participates in various community groups or functions, faculty and professional meetings, educational conferences, and teacher training workshops. Meets with students and parents to discuss student progress and problems.
Performs other administrative functions and duties as assigned.
We’ll need you to have the following requirements:
BS/BA degree required.
Valid 30-Day Substitute Permit required.
Demonstrates knowledge of scientifically based mathematics instruction specifically related to middle and high school grade students.
Ability to organize a variety of tasks locally and in different geographic areas.
Ability to handle daily classroom instruction.
Salary : $30 - $35
