Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and strengthen existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B sales, business development, and territory management, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to healthcare providers, retail outlets, and other business clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth through proactive outreach, product demonstrations, and strategic account management. Must be willing to travel throughout state of Indiana to call on Referral sources. Must have experience in outside sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new markets and expand existing accounts within assigned territories.
  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on the features, benefits, and proper usage of medical equipment solutions.
  • Manage territory sales activities effectively by maintaining detailed records using CRM software such as Salesforce.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company objectives while meeting customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering tailored product recommendations.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within the healthcare or medical equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales techniques, including direct sales, cold calling, and lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage territory sales independently with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills for delivering compelling product demos and engaging diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing concepts, technology sales, retail sales, and analysis skills for assessing market opportunities.
