About the roleOption One TC is hiring a full-time Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to support multiple real estate brokerages from my private office in Newark, CA. This is a long-term opportunity for an experienced TC who is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and enjoys managing files from start to finish with strong communication and attention to detail.Minimum requirementReal estate transaction coordination experience is required (please do not apply without TC experience).ResponsibilitiesYou will coordinate and manage transactions from contract to close, including:Communicating with all parties (agents, clients, escrow/title, lenders, inspectors, etc.)Coordinating the escrow process and keeping timelines on trackManaging documents, disclosures, addenda, and compliance requirementsTracking contingencies, deadlines, signatures, and outstanding itemsProviding administrative support and maintaining organized, accurate filesEnsuring a consistent, quality-controlled process for smooth closingsWhat we’re looking forProven TC experience (California transactions preferred)Strong attention to detail and follow-throughExcellent email and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills (PC) and tech savvy (DocuSign/transaction platforms a plus)Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under deadlinesProfessional, positive, and team-oriented mindsetCompensation & growthThis is a long-term role with real growth potential.Salary increases reviewed every 6 months (guaranteed reviews)Frequent performance bonusesWork in a successful office with a relaxed, productive atmosphereOpportunity to grow with the company over timeCompany DescriptionReal estate paperwork management.
