Option 1 Staffing is seeking a reliable and self-starting Radiologist Assistant to join a team of highly qualified and professional staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with physicians on complex medical imaging procedures, 3D reformations and post processing procedures
- Develop and test new products involving medical imaging
- Operate medical imaging systems to obtain images for use in the research of pathologies.
- Provide technical and educational consultation to researchers and physicians
- Assist with the preparation of cases for publication
Qualifications:
- Certification in Nuclear Medicine by the NMTCB or ARRT (N)
- NMT-RHN
- Advanced working knowledge of medical imaging physics, tissue contrast and applications
- Advanced knowledge in cross-sectional anatomy and physiology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of judgement and strong attention to detail
