Option 1 Staffing is seeking a seasoned professional with a solid background in Finance to join a growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Accounting Operations
- Coordinate audits and tax filings
- Develop financial strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Manage cash flow and treasury functions
- Lead and manage a small, but efficient team
- Assist with analyzing and executing growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Ten (10) years of experience in Finance with a concentration in High Tech start-up envirnments
- Top notch communication skills
- Extensive experience in a Finance leadership role
- Experience managing audits and regulatory reporting
- Ability to work independently
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must have GAAP knowledge
- Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
