- Serve as a Solutions Architect and Senior IT Analyst within JEA's Technology Services division.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between business units and technology delivery teams.
- Lead end-to-end solution development for complex, integrated technology systems.
- Responsible for requirements gathering, architecture design, standards approvals, implementation, and ongoing support.
- Approximately 30–40% of the role involves hands-on engineering (C# Razor Pages, YAML/Terraform, CI/CD pipelines).
- Remaining responsibilities include stakeholder meetings, creating architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and supporting governance/approval processes.
- Work with both SaaS-based solutions and custom integrations/component development.
- Utilize expertise in C#, .NET, Java, cloud architecture, DevOps, infrastructure as code, and systems integration.
- Apply knowledge of SDLC, information security, and compliance standards.
- Provide technical advisory services and communicate complex technology concepts to business stakeholders.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration, technical project leadership, and support enterprise-scale production systems.
- Work with a variety of tools and technologies including Terraform, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps toolchains, configuration management, and database tools.
- Leverage experience in SaaS solution design/implementation, enterprise environments, and technical project execution.
