Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to lead backend development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Cloud Technologies, along with experience in building scalable and high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution design and implementation
- Ensure efficient database design (SQL/NoSQL)
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in Java Backend Development
- Strong in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Multithreading
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Database expertise: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
- Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Skills:
- Agile/DevOps experience
- Basic frontend exposure is a plus
