Overview:
Our client is seeking an Endur Business Analyst to support the implementation and enhancement of the Openlink Endur Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) platform. This role works closely with trading, risk, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements, translate business processes into system solutions, and ensure Endur supports the full trading lifecycle from deal capture through settlement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements across trading, risk, and operations.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications within Endur.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
- Analyze trading workflows and identify opportunities for system and process improvements.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Endur users and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with Openlink Endur in a business analyst or functional support role.
- Understanding of the end-to-end trading lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
