We’re Hiring: Senior / Lead Superintendent
Optimus Group is actively looking to add experienced Superintendents to our field team as we continue to grow our pipeline of high-end work across NYC and Long Island.
We’re open to two strong Superintendent profiles:
- Ground-up construction (high-end residential, mixed-use, hospitality)
- High-end interior fit-outs (luxury residential, retail, office, specialty spaces)
What we’re looking for:
- 8 years of superintendent experience on complex, high-end projects
- Proven ability to run jobs from mobilization through close-out
- Strong understanding of sequencing, logistics, and multi-trade coordination
- Experience working in occupied buildings and demanding environments
- Ability to manage schedules, manpower, and site safety
- Professional communication with owners, architects, and design teams
- NYC/LI experience strongly preferred
What you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing daily site operations and subcontractors
- Enforcing quality control and safety standards
- Coordinating inspections, inspections prep, and punch lists
- Working closely with PMs and ownership to deliver best-in-class work
