Optimum Vitality Massage, located in the heart of Arvada, is seeking a dedicated therapist to join our team. We provide high-quality, results-driven treatments to an active, wellness-focused clientele.
No previous experience is required! We are looking for the right person with a great attitude and a drive to learn. Whether you are a recent graduate or looking to pivot your career, we will provide the environment and support you need to succeed.
The Opportunity
Reliability and Clinical Ownership are key! We are starting this position as Part-Time. As you prove your ability to keep clients coming back, you'll have the opportunity to increase your hours to a full-time position and build a full, consistent schedule.
Schedule & Availability
- Mandatory Weekends: Saturday and Sunday availability is required.
- Flexible Add-ons: You have the option to expand your hours by adding Friday evenings and/or Mondays (morning, afternoon, or evening shifts).
- Shift Length: Choose your own 6–8 hour shifts (preference for weekday availability between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
Requirements
- Education: Must have completed an accredited massage program. No prior professional experience needed.
- License: Active and up-to-date Massage Therapy License in the State of Colorado.
- Skillset: Ability to learn and adapt techniques to accommodate individual clinical and wellness needs.
- Reliability: Strong commitment to punctuality and ethical standards.
- Communication: Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
- Operations: Completion of daily SOAP notes and responsibility for room setup/breakdown.
- Front-of-House: Must be comfortable checking out clients, handling payments, and rebooking them for their next session.
Perks & Compensation
- Competitive Pay: $22–$38 per 60-minute session tips.
- Commission: 30% commission on all add-ons (CBD, cupping, aromatherapy).
- Growth Path: For therapists demonstrating high rebooking rates and reliability, we offer opportunities for Advanced Certification sponsorship (such as Manual Lymph Drainage) and specialized pay rates.
- Premium Equipment: Work in a brand-new room featuring a hydraulic massage table, ergonomic stool, and custom cabinetry.
- Environment: Full kitchen/break room and a dedicated "Quiet Room" for decompression.
- Supplies Provided: We provide all linens and high-quality supplies—you just bring your expertise.
- Holiday Balance: We are closed on January 1st, Easter, July 1st, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve (half-day), and Christmas Day.
- Location: Great Arvada location with free onsite parking.
