Come join our massage family at Native Zen Massage! We are currently hiring self motivated and reliable healers who work best in a team driven environment, preferably long term. We are a one of a kind massage boutique with a fun, teamwork driven atmosphere. This is an independent contractor position with teamwork expectations. Please only serious inquiries apply. *We are located at 1990 S Garrison St unit 2 and 3 Lakewood Colorado, inside the Woodlake shopping center.*Shifts available:Monday 2:30pm - 7:30pmTuesday 2:30pm - 7:30pmWednesday 3:00pm - 7:30pm Thursday 2:00 pm - 7:30pmFriday 2:30pm - 7:30 pm Saturday 9:00am - 7:30pmSunday 9:00am - 7:00pm*Hours can be flexible with start and end times. *Evening and weekend hours are a must if you want to build your books! *You must be able to perform deep tissue massage, self manage schedule, reschedule your own clients, know how to communicate with clients on a professional manor while in person/phone/text, help with shop side work and washing folding your own laundry. We provide sheets, lotion, and the tools provided to work in a functioning atmosphere. You are responsible for your own laundry (washer/dryers on site) and end of shift cleaning tasks that include but are not limited to making sure your room is ready for next shift, refilling your lotion bottle at the end of each shift, wiping down stations and supplies used, refilling and restocking where needed, and helping to maintain front lobby/bathroom cleanliness.*Requirements: -Colorado State Massage License and insurance (must send before interviewing and bring to interview to be considered for hire) -Reliable means to and from work-Must be dependable to show up for our clients when booked - Three call outs in one month is automatic termination-Okay to work one weekend shift and evenings -Leadership and teamwork attitude Pay: Starts at 38% commission plus tips! With your tips and add on commissions your pay will average between 60% - 75% commission.
