- Experience in sign printing and installation of wraps/graphics required
- Proficiency with design software (Adobe Illustrator required; Photoshop a plus)
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and installation techniques
- Ability to read drawings, layouts, and work orders
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to details
Key Responsibilities
Design & Pre-Production (≈40%)
- Create and prepare artwork for signs, vehicle graphics, wall graphics, and related projects using industry-standard design software
- Set up print-ready files, verify dimensions, colors, materials, and installation requirements
- Collaborate with sales and project management to ensure designs meet customer expectations and production standards
- Perform file checks, revisions, and approvals before production
- Print, laminate, cut, weed, and apply vinyl and digital graphics
- Prepare surfaces and install graphics and signage on vehicles, walls, windows, and exterior structures
- Safely operate tools, ladders, and shop equipment
- Perform installations following safety protocols and quality standards
- Assist with loading, unloading, and job site setup and cleanup
- Base pay $55,000 - $60,000 based on experience and skill level
- Quarterly bonuses based on performance
- Projected pay can range from $60,000 to $72,000
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
