Optimum Retail Dynamics Inc. is currently seeking talented individuals with prior experience in a customer service setting.
We are expanding and looking for individuals to help innovate and grow our clients’ presence within new market segments!
Our successful Customer Service Representatives are quick learners, share a passion for problem solving, can multi-task, are adaptable, flexible, tech savvy, and have willingness and desire to assist customers.

Job Summary:
Deliver world class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty by troubleshooting all customer inquiries regarding products and services on a face-to-face basi
Make the best use of all resources, tools, and technology to troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues
Complete ongoing training to stay abreast of product, service and policy changes
Provide effective and timely resolution of a range of customer inquires

Additional Information
Education and/or formal training:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to identify and meet customer’s needs and requirements
Exceptional customer service skills
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
Strong team and interpersonal relationship skills conducive to team development

Creates and maintains customer loyalty by serving customers above and beyond their expectations
