What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Class A CDL Hazmat Driver position at Optimum Logistic Solutions?
Responsibilities
- Earn $240/Day | $1,200/WK!
- Weekends Off! Stable Monday–Friday schedule
- 9:00 PM dispatch with approximately 8–10 hour shifts
- Regional route from Suwanee, GA to Charlotte, NC and back
- Operate a Class A Day Cab with a 53' Dry Van
- Transport medical supplies safely and efficiently
- Light Touch Freight
- Primarily Drop & Hook – Swap trailers with another driver in Charlotte and return to Suwanee
- Consistent dedicated-style route with the same general run each shift
- Safely complete assigned routes while following all DOT and Hazmat requirements
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Hazmat Endorsement REQUIRED
- 24 months of recent verifiable commercial driving experience
- Must be 23 years of age or older
- Must be comfortable operating a Day Cab with a 53' Dry Van
- Must be comfortable working a consistent overnight schedule
- Must be available Monday–Friday starting at 9:00 PM
- Must be comfortable running between Suwanee, GA and Charlotte, NC
- Ability to perform Light Touch Freight duties as required
- Must be able to pass a DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Checks
- No DUIs/DWIs within the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 36 months
