Qualifications
- High School Diploma or higher
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Work Remote from home

Accounting
- Manage day-to-day accounting functions using QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Assist with job costing and project tracking
- Generate financial reports as requested
- Assist with scheduling, emails, and general office coordination
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Support project documentation and report distribution
- Coordinate with field technicians and project managers
- Assist with proposals and contract documentation.
