Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the global Talent Acquisition strategy in alignment with company growth priorities
- Redesign recruiting operations using AI and automation to improve sourcing, screening, pipeline management and/or other areas of the talent funnel
- Partner with senior leadership to translate workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies and talent pipelines
- Build, lead, scale, manage and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team operating as strategic business partners
- Establish recruiting metrics, reporting, and operating rhythms to improve hiring speed, quality, and candidate experiences
- Leverage data and market intelligence to provide visibility into pipeline health and hiring performance
- Evaluate and optimize recruiting technologies and AI tools to drive efficiency and innovation
- Partner cross-functionally to strengthen employer brand and ensure inclusive, high-quality hiring practices
- 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with 3 years of leadership experience in high-growth or enterprise environments
- Proven track record building or transforming TA teams, strategies, or operating models
- Experience hiring across technical and go-to-market (GTM) functions
- Strong expertise in modern recruiting tools, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders using data, insights, and market intelligence
- Executive presence with strong communication and leadership skills
- A strategic thinker, and strong people leader who can develop and manage teams, and creates accountability
- Data-driven, Action-oriented, and an avid user of AI tools in the workplace.
- Thoughtful about Employer Branding and improving candidate experiences to share hiring outcomes
- An excellent communicator who collaborates often with stakeholders
