This role will work alongside our Client Services Team in defining and executing innovative value creation strategies across HR/Benefit-related business areas. The ideal candidate will utilize Microsoft Office tools, strong research abilities, and effective communication skills to contribute to project delivery through data analysis, process evaluation, interpretation and reporting of findings, as well as provide general project management support.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze HR and Employee Benefits related data, including employer-sponsored health & welfare and retirement plans, self-insured plan costs, stop-loss coverage, and plan documentsIdentify optimization cost mitigation, compliance and process enhancement opportunitiesPresent findings and actionable insights to internal and external stakeholdersProvide project management support to ensure timely and effective execution of client deliverablesQualificationsBachelors degree or higher required7 years relevant professional experience with demonstrated familiarity in HR/Employee Benefits Plans, Programs and Vendors (knowledge of both Employer Sponsored Healthcare and Retirement programs) RequiredExperience gained in an advisory/consulting environment or prior external consulting experience - RequiredProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointAdvanced data analysis capabilitiesStrong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely mannerProven ability to complete project deliverables, manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneouslyExceptional organizational and planning skills to ensure timely work product deliveryHighly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracyDemonstrated integrity in all functions of workPursuit of CEBS designation desiredWe look forward to discussing this opportunity with you. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, training, experience, education, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package (for eligible employees), successful candidates may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
