What You’ll Do:
We’re hiring a driven, self-motivated team member to help us qualify leads and guide them into our sales funnel. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting the tone and building relationships that lead to real results.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads
- Qualify prospects and conduct discovery calls
- Prepare warm leads for the closer team
- Log activity and notes accurately in our CRM
- Help improve the process as we grow
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of experience in sales or customer support (bonus if in tax relief, finance, or similar industry)
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Confidence, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable using CRMs
- Ability to adapt quickly in a startup environment
- Organized, tech-savvy, and not afraid to take initiative
