We’re looking for a part-time Medical Provider to join our expanding team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a provider with a strong foundation in Primary Care, Hormone Therapy Replacement, and Wellness Medicine who is passionate about helping patients feel their best.

Preferred Experience:

• Primary Care: 5 years
• Hormone Therapy: 2 years
• Weight Loss: 2 years
• Functional Medicine: 2 years

Role Details

• Type: Part/Full-time, Contract
• Pay: $70–$85 per hour
• Hours: 24-36 per week
• Location: In person Goodyear
