Position Summary:
We are seeking friendly, dependable, and guest-focused individuals to join our front office team at our newly opened hotel. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests — providing warm welcomes, smooth check-ins and check-outs, and exceptional guest service at all hours. This is a key role in creating a memorable and seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities (All Shifts):
- Greet guests with a welcoming and professional attitude
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Process guest payments, handle cash and credit transactions securely
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Maintain knowledge of hotel features, local area, and current promotions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams regarding room status
- Ensure lobby and front desk areas remain clean and organized
- Answer phones, take reservations, and manage room availability
- Follow all safety, security, and emergency procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic math and computer skills; familiarity with hotel PMS a plus
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent
