We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and personable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
You will play a key role in both patient experience and office growth, helping create a welcoming atmosphere while also supporting marketing and community outreach efforts.

What an Average Day Looks Like
- Arrive at 8:45 AM to open the office and prepare for the day
- (respond to texts, voicemails, and complete opening procedures)
- Participate in a morning huddle with the doctor
- Greet patients warmly with a smile and positive energy
- Process payments and schedule future appointments
- Maintain an organized, efficient front deskAdditional Responsibilities (Marketing & Outreach)
- Assist with social media content (photos, videos, stories)
- Engage with patients and respond to online inquiries
- Support outreach to local businesses and referral partners
- Help build relationships with attorneys and community partners
- Participate in 2–4 networking events per month
Schedule
Monday : 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:45 AM – 1:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:45 AM – 12:30 PM | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Friday: OFF
