What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative/Chiropractic Assistant position at Optimal Health Chiropractic?
We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, personable individual to join our team. You must be punctual, organized and have the ability to multitask.
- Part- time position (3 days a week ).
- Help assist the Provider by administering different therapy techniques including but not limited to: Electric Muscle Stimulation, Ultrasound, Class IV Laser, Manual Therapy, Traction and Assist with Exercises and Stretches. take vitals, move patients from different stations as instructed by the provider.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments for patients
- Greeting and checking in patients upon arrival
- Turnover treatment rooms after each patient
- Collect copays
- Insurance verification.

The Position: Looking for an administrative/ Chiropractic assistant with great communication and interpersonal skills. A great candidate is someone who is self-motivated , quick learner and a team player. Computer skills and the ability to multi-task are important for this position.
Schedule:
Monday: 8:45-12:30 (Lunch) 1:30-5:00
Tuesday: 8:30-11
Wednesday: 8:45-12:30 (Lunch) 1:30-5:00
Thursday: 8:45-12:30 (Lunch) 1:30-6:00
Friday- OFF
