Optimal BioHealth is seeking an experienced Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our integrative wellness clinic as a lead clinician with a minority ownership opportunity. This role is ideal for an ND who values excellent patient care and is interested in long-term practice growth and leadership.
This is an in-person, clinical role focused on continuity of care, personalized medicine, and measurable patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient evaluations and individualized treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and manage labs and diagnostics
- Develop and oversee integrative care programs including hormone optimization, metabolic health, and lifestyle-based therapies
- Conduct follow-up visits and monitor patient progress over time
- Educate patients clearly on treatment plans and expectations
- Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Participate in clinical program development and quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Washington State Naturopathic Doctor license in good standing
- Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2 years of independent clinical experience preferred
- Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience in integrative, functional, or wellness-focused medicine preferred
- Interest in leadership and long-term practice ownership
