JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Responsible for generating sales and marketing efforts to obtain admissions of Medicare and private insurance paid customers to Optimae Home Health care services by establishing and maintaining relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, clinics, assisted living facilities, skilled home care agencies, hospice and other service providers.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred; Master’s degree is desirable.
• At least one (1) years' experience in marketing and sales, preferably in home care operations.
• Ability to market aggressively and sell successfully and to deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong computer skills necessary, including Word and Excel.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifies qualifies and closes new customer sales that result in the admission of customers with Medicare and private insurance. Consistently meet or exceed quota targets within an assigned territory.
• Plan and implement effective territory sales strategies required to diagnose customer business challenges, articulate the Optimae Home Health’s value proposition and progress deals through the sales process.
• Leads solution focused customer presentations, including coordinating the involvement of all necessary internal team members.
• Develops, implements and reports on daily marketing operations including providing direct oversight of the establishment and implementation of marketing/sales initiatives.
• Continuously conducts market assessments and develops a comprehensive marketing plan designed to meet budgetary volume projections.
• Utilizes marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.
• Monitors and reports cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential referral and payer sources.
• Builds and monitors community, customer, payer and patient perceptions of Optimae Home Health Services as a high quality provider of services.
• Provides leadership in strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address customer needs.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of Optimae Home Health Services markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning.
• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.
