Clinical Manager-Trinity Health at Home
Role Summary
The Clinical Manager oversees clinical and operational aspects of the homecare program, ensuring high-quality care delivery, staff supervision, compliance, and achievement of key metrics such as clinical outcomes, productivity, employee engagement, and budget targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, retain, and develop staff to meet operational needs.
- Supervise staff providing direct client care and ensure delivery aligns with standards and physician orders.
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and continuing education for employees.
- Conduct performance evaluations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards.
- Participate in leadership functions and policy development.
- Oversee client care coordination and monitor records for accuracy.
- Provide mentorship, feedback, and counseling to staff to uphold clinical and professional standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including newborns to geriatrics.
- Proficiency in computer systems and telecommunication tools.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current state license in the applicable discipline.
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or therapy required; Master’s Degree encouraged. (Therapy degrees must meet discipline requirements.)
- At least three years of experience in a skilled homecare agency.
- Proven supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, clinical staff, and team members.
- Valid Driver’s License with reliable transportation.
- (California only) Must have one year of professional nursing experience as per regulations.
