About the RoleOptima Medical is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to join our Corporate Office in Scottsdale, AZ. The Clinical Recruiter will focus on hiring clinical support staff such as Medical Assistants, Front Office Coordinators, Phlebotomists, Lab Technicians, and other non-provider roles. This role requires strong healthcare recruiting experience, creativity in sourcing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for clinical support positions
- Proactively build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through creative sourcing techniques
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Communicate consistently with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain organized and accurate candidate records within the ADP Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure staffing needs are met
- Promote Optima Medical’s culture, mission, and values during the recruitment process
- Previous recruiting experience required; healthcare/clinical support recruiting strongly preferred
- Experience hiring for roles such as Medical Assistants, Front Office Staff, Lab Technicians, etc.
- Proficient in ADP Recruiting Management (or similar ATS experience)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize multiple open roles in a high-volume environment
