Clinical Analysis Responsibilities:
Facility Chart Preparation Grids
- Generate and distribute daily facility grids.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain and update provider allocations per facility.
- Ensure data accuracy for real-time reporting.
- Optimize the grid creation process to improve efficiency and usability.
- Generate and deliver weekly reports for each department every Friday.
- Maintain, update, and refine reporting as needed.
- Provide concise summaries of key findings and trends.
- Perform month-end reporting, including:
- Facility and provider performance summaries
- Cardiology evaluation metrics
- Clinical Staff Reports
- Company-wide dashboard updates
- Facility and provider bonus reporting
- Cardiology evaluation bonus calculations
- Assist in building and maintaining the Panopoly centralized data warehouse.
- Collaborate with third-party consultants as needed for system enhancements.
- Maintain and optimize the company-wide performance dashboard.
- 1 year of experience in healthcare analytics, clinical operations, reporting, or a related field
- Strong familiarity with EMR systems; eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
- High attention to data accuracy and detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, or database systems preferred
- Ability to collaborate with providers, clinic leadership, and cross-functional teams
