As we continue to grow, Optima Medical is seeking a Clinical Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in optimizing clinical workflows, supporting operational reporting, and ensuring the integrity of data used organization-wide.

Clinical Analyst Overview:

A Clinical Analyst supports the implementation, optimization, and management of clinical information systems. This individual is responsible for analyzing and interpreting clinical data, ensuring the accuracy of reporting outputs, and collaborating with departments to enhance workflow efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Clinical Analysis Responsibilities:

Facility Chart Preparation Grids

• Generate and distribute daily facility grids.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain and update provider allocations per facility.
• Ensure data accuracy for real-time reporting.
• Optimize the grid creation process to improve efficiency and usability.
  
  

Weekly Reports

• Generate and deliver weekly reports for each department every Friday.
• Maintain, update, and refine reporting as needed.
• Provide concise summaries of key findings and trends.
  
  

Monthly Reports

• Perform month-end reporting, including:
• Facility and provider performance summaries
• Cardiology evaluation metrics
• Clinical Staff Reports
• Company-wide dashboard updates
• Facility and provider bonus reporting
• Cardiology evaluation bonus calculations
  
  

Centralized Database & Dashboards

• Assist in building and maintaining the Panopoly centralized data warehouse.
• Collaborate with third-party consultants as needed for system enhancements.
• Maintain and optimize the company-wide performance dashboard.
  
  

Clinical Analysis Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in healthcare analytics, clinical operations, reporting, or a related field
• Strong familiarity with EMR systems; eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
• High attention to data accuracy and detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, or database systems preferred
• Ability to collaborate with providers, clinic leadership, and cross-functional teams
