Currently, we are hiring for the following position;

Student Integrations Developer

Our Client is in need of a Student Integration Developer with expertise on PL/SQL, Python and Student Banner. Candidate should have prior experience intergrating 3rd party products with Banner or similar higher ed ERPs .

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead Integration & Reporting efforts for the Workday Student implementation, migrating from Ellucian Banner.
• Manage integrations from Workday to third-party systems.
• Take a lead role interfacing Banner with any of the third-party products that are purchased.
• Provide expertise in Workday HCM Reporting & Integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and process optimization.
• Assist with production support and resolution of integration issues.
• Meet with the functional users and gather accurate requirements and deliver the integrations to the campus community
• Translate advanced technical issues into understandable terms for non-technical functional users.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and cooperative working relationships with the Institution administrators, faculty and staff, government, and private agencies in order to accomplish the objectives of the Information Technology Division.
• Works with internal clients to develop and manage project plans and verify requirements for software applications that generate the need for changes in the information technology infrastructure
• Ability to think clearly and accurately resolve processing problems under pressure.

QUALIFICATIONS :

REQUIRED :

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related field. Relevant IT certifications/equivalent experience in an information systems role may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Five years of professional experience in systems programming.
• Three years of higher education experience including building/supporting integrations including Ellucian Banner and Workday Student
• Three years of strong experience in SQL,PL/SQL programming skills
• Strong knowledge of underlying database structures in Student, Financial Aid and Accounts Receivable Modules
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments with critical deadlines and changing priorities.
