 Compensation: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour (non-exempt/hourly)

Position Summary

As a Service Porter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the dealership's service department. From safely moving customer vehicles to providing exceptional guest interactions, you will help create a seamless and professional service experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Handling: Move customer vehicles safely between service lanes, parking areas, and wash bays.
• Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers during vehicle drop-off and pick-up, always with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Lot Organization: Maintain an orderly and clean service lot; ensure all vehicles are parked correctly and ready for service or return.
• Team Support: Help the service department with tasks such as prepping vehicles, moving them in and out of service bays, and assisting Service Greeters in managing flow on the service drive.
• Flexible Duties: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on dealership and service team needs.

Requirements:

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles (preferred).
    
• Must be at least 18 years old (in accordance with insurance and safety regulations).
    
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.
    
• Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods.
    

Additional Information

• This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime in accordance with California labor law.
    
• Breaks and rest periods are provided in compliance with state regulations.
