In this key front-line role, you'll greet every Guest with professionalism and ensure they are smoothly guided through their service experience from the moment they arrive
Position Summary
As a Service Greeter, you are the first and most important point of contact for guests arriving at the service drive. You will welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, ensure smooth check-in processes, and support our service team in creating a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome Guests: Greet each customer warmly and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Direct Customers: Escort Guests to the correct service team member and answer general questions.
Vehicle Intake: Assist with service check-ins, verify documentation, and help maintain smooth traffic flow.
Keep the Area Tidy: Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized service drive and customer lounge.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to support an efficient operation.
Requirements
Valid, unrestricted California driver’s license
Minimum 4 years of driving experience
Clean driving record with the ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar field is preferred
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused mindset
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $17.00 to $19.00 based on experience and qualifications.
