Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers for deliveries based on route efficiency.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor transportation routes and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate delays or changes.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, driver logs, and delivery confirmations.
- Use dispatch software and systems to track shipments and update statuses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations.
- Respond promptly to driver inquiries and resolve delivery issues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or transportation training is a plus.
- Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.

Working Conditions:
- Day shift: Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week
- Warehouse environment.
