Position Overview:

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products. This role plays a critical part in optimizing supply chain processes, reducing lead times, and supporting production scalability. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in vendor management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in vendor management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to support production and operational goals.
• Manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure accurate forecasting to meet demand.
• Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provides supplier management as related to product development and integration.
• Direct and monitor the activities of manufacturing Partner / Contract manufacturer and is responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs.
• Proactive planning for risk buy items by monitoring Market Lead times and OptiGrid production schedules.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain or operations management within a high technology field.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with compliance and safety standards in manufacturing environments.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems (Genius), PLM Tools (Arena PLM) and supply chain software.
• Knowledge of energy technology or EV infrastructure industry.
• Managing alternate suppliers for PCBA and component suppliers.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
