As a locally owned private optometry practice, we are passionate about providing exceptional patient care from the moment our patients walk through our doors until they leave with confidence in their vision and eye health. What You'll Do
As an Optometric Assistant, you'll work closely with our doctors to help create an outstanding patient experience by:
- Welcoming and preparing patients for their examinations
- Performing pre-testing and diagnostic screening
- Collecting medical and vision histories
- Reviewing patient charts for completeness and accuracy
- Assisting with contact lens training and education
- Cleaning and disinfecting exam rooms and equipment
- Documenting patient information accurately in our electronic records
- Assisting doctors throughout the patient visit as needed
- Supporting the clinical team with various administrative duties
- Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and patient-focused office

This is a part-time position working between our two clinic locations:
- 814 S. Main Street, Holmen, WI
- 2014 State Road 16, La Crosse, WI
Reliable transportation is required, as travel between locations is part of the position.
