WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior staff through hands-on training and review processes
- Research and resolve intricate tax issues while staying current with state and federal tax laws
- Work directly with clients to provide proactive tax planning and consulting
- Oversee tax compliance, deadlines, and quality control to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and client service enhancements
- Collaborate with partners on firm-wide strategy, client development, and growth initiatives
- $90,000 - $150,000 DOE)

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
- Active CPA license required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive public accounting and tax experience
- Strong technical knowledge of federal and state tax laws
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
- Experience with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
