Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Must be willing to relocate/commute to Anchorage, AK

• WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGManage and oversee comprehensive tax compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Review complex tax returns and ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
• Research and resolve complex federal and state tax matters.
• Provide strategic tax guidance and recommendations to clients.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop junior accounting professionals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage multiple engagements, deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
• Maintain current knowledge of changing tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

• WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR5 years of experience in tax compliance, preparation, and review.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• CPA designation or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing tax engagements.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and support developing staff.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable taking ownership of responsibilities.
• Someone who is career-driven, values teamwork, and wants to make a lasting impact.
