Position: Shipping & Receiving Associate

Location: Portland, OR

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time | Schedule details discussed during interview

Who We Are:

Our client is a fast-paced production and distribution environment looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to support our shipping and receiving operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a team that keeps product moving efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Accurately receive, stage, and prepare products for shipment
• Perform manual labor throughout the shift, including lifting and moving materials
• Use scanners to track inventory and shipments (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving goals

• Ability to perform physically demanding, manual labor

• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures

The Musts:

• Ability to lift, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/shipping environment
  
  

Preferred:

• Basic shipping/receiving experience
• Scanner experience
• Forklift or pallet jack experience is helpful but not required
