As a company that puts its people first, they are looking for a Service Account Representative to join their team and help drive our commitment to excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Oversee and ensure exceptional service delivery across your assigned client accounts.
• Manage all aspects of the Customer Support Program, including coordinating service schedules, managing financial transactions, and overseeing contract management activities.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and contractors to ensure seamless operation and satisfaction on monthly maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss their account status and plan for upcoming maintenance needs.
• Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team and enhance service delivery.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS:
