Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

A well-established manufacturing company in Canby is looking to add a reliable Picker/Packer to their warehouse team. This company produces commercial and industrial products and prides itself on quality, teamwork, and long-term stability.

What You’ll Do

As a Picker/Packer, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick orders accurately using an RF scanner
• Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and shipping information
• Prepare completed orders for shipment
• Update inventory transactions within the system
• Assist with labeling and staging outbound shipments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification as needed

What You Need to Have

• 1 year of warehouse experience (picking/packing preferred)
• Experience using an RF scanner
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
