Bilingual Legal Assistant (Spanish/English)
Location: Portland, OR
Pay: $23-$25/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | In Office

The team is collaborative, hardworking, and committed to providing high-quality legal support to the clients they serve.
What You’ll Do
This role will support a team of attorneys and play a key part in keeping cases organized, clients informed, and legal processes moving forward smoothly.
Draft and file legal documents accurately and efficiently
Support up to 5 attorneys with day-to-day case management
Communicate with clients via phone and email in both English and Spanish
Maintain and organize case files and documentation
Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and follow-ups
Utilize internal systems and legal software (training provided)
Provide professional, client-facing support in a business casual office setting

What You Need To Have
1-3 years of legal assistant experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Experience In Criminal And Family Law (required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
The Musts
Ability to draft and file legal documents with accuracy
Professional demeanor and strong client-facing presence
Strong phone and email communication skills
Ability to hit the ground running with minimal training
Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Preferred
Experience with immigration law
Familiarity with legal case management or CRM systems
Experience supporting multiple attorneys
