What You’ll Do:

- Greet walk-in customers (contractors and homeowners)
- Take inbound sales calls and process telephone orders
- Perform electronic order entry accurately and efficiently
- Provide market updates and pricing information to assigned customers
- Interact with customers onsite as needed
- Assist with inventory, pricing, and material marketing
- Support counter sales and order fulfillment
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain product samples and literature
- Provide outstanding customer service at every touchpoint

- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with order entry and sales support
- Comfortable handling inbound calls and walk-in customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems
- Experience with inventory or database software is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/yard environment at times
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams
- Reliable and dependable work ethic
